Programming is magical in it's ability to captivate you with problems at any given time until you have had enough (or the truck of real life hit you)

The problem historically has been you work on some nerd snipe problem side project and then some drudgery wall is hit and you tell yourself, I will get back to this, eventually...

... And then 5 years have passed and the problems are still fun, but drudgery remains.

Thankfully a lot can change in 5 years, or so I am told. So my plan with this section is to make something akin to what Terry Pratchett very appropriately termed "the Pit":

'the Pit’ – the place on the computer into which were lobbed stray ideas, rogue passages and orphaned sentences. Things could be pulled out of the Pit at any moment and used further down the line. All this was in accordance with, as mentioned previously, Terry’s membership of ‘the recyclable school of literature’ and the principle of letting nothing go to waste that could be used.
